If website blocking is causing problems with your computer, you can always manually disable it.

  1. Quit Tomato 2

  2. Open system preferences

  3. Open Network

  4. Click on Tomato 2. It doesn't matter if it's running or not.

  5. With Tomato 2 selected, click on the minus button

  6. To save the settings, click on the Apply button

Now your website blocking has been disabled. You can open Tomato 2 and enable it again.
